Here’s your April update:
April is still a relatively quiet month, but things are starting to ramp up. If you’re already here, you’ll notice that (mostly English-speaking) tourists are trickling in, and the streets (and Monaco’s elevators) are starting to get crowded already.
Here are the biggest events happening this month:
Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters (April 6 to 14): One of the world’s most prestigious tennis tournaments.
Monaco E-Prix (April 27): The Monaco E-Prix is a race of all-electric race cars for the Formula E championship. Here is the our guide to the E-Prix and other car races in Monaco.
In&Out Film Festival (April 6 to 18): A LGBTQ+ film festival, held in Nice.
Antibes Art Fair (April 12 to 21): A showcase of modern and contemporary art, jewelry, design, furniture, and paintings.
No Finish Line (April 3 to 7): An annual charity walk/run event in Nice. It aims to give support to underprivileged and sick children.
La Napoule Boat Show (April 25 to 29): The show features boats from 4 to 25 meters and displays 20 prestigious car brands, including Ferrari and Aston Martin.
Knights Templar Festival (April 5 to 7): A lively celebration of the region's rich medieval heritage.
If you haven’t already, now is the time to get tickets for this summer’s big events, as many sell out fast!
